Dont know which option is the right one for you?

It is powerful to use the support of the trainer as participants who use the support of a trainer experience significantly less pitfalls along the way and progress much faster.
The live (first) option is very powerful if you have time available in your schedule at the specific times. If not, the self paced option is probably best for you right now.
You can always redo the Empowerments at a later point with a group if you wish to. Many people like to do the Empowerments several times as it is a training that grows in power every time it is done.
